We’re on week 7 of my weekly workout diary, Shape up with Stef!
And once again I’m on the move in this vlog! I’m publishing this a week late, having been in Cuba with poor internet, unable to upload on time. This blog runs from Mon 17th – Sun 23rd Oct 2016. Last week’s video will be up later this week.
On Monday, I flew all day to Havana, Cuba with my mum. We were away for about 12 days. We stayed one night in Havana and then drove to Varadero for 6 blissful nights at a beach resort. In this blog, you see my workouts in the hotel gym there as well as a couple of fun excursions and some gratuitous scenery shots. Well, how could I not? Enjoy!
I’m realising that I really need to change up my workouts, but right now I’m simply focused on getting any kind of workout in whilst I’m away from home and out of my routine, so I’m happy to simply be sweating and fitting anything in so I’ll expand my choices when I get home – definitely.
