We’re on week 6 of my weekly workout diary, Shape up with Stef!
Hi kids! I’m writing to you all from London, after starting the week in Malaga, Spain and heading back to Guernsey for a couple of days to unpack, repack and get in a couple of meetings.
Last weekend I was in Malaga for my friend’s hen do, so the beginning of this week’s video started there. Then I went home for a few days. I’m here in London to see my friend. Last night I took him out for his birthday and then today I had to finish a load of work before meeting my mum to head to the airport, which is where we are now. It’s been a whirlwind of a week and I’m ready to go to Cuba tomorrow and relax. I’m expecting to have pretty poor wifi, so let’s hope that I can get next week’s video up in time but if not, I’ll see you all in a couple of weeks. In the meantime, you can catch me on Instagram, where I hope to post at least a couple of times whilst I’m away.
