This week in my weekly workout diary, Shape up with Stef, I am pushing myself out of my comfort zone.
Didn’t a wise person once say that you will never get anywhere by being comfortable? Well, this week I pushed myself way out of my comfort zone by hosting a big workshop for my company, All Things Social and I also made an attempt to get back into running after suffering from shin splints all year. I have a love-hate relationship with running. Sometime I think that maybe I like the idea of it more than I like it, but then I can’t help but enjoy it once I’m out in the fresh air taking in the sea breeze. I’m also still totally into yoga – I know that the only way that I will truly enjoy my running and avoid further injury is by stretching out and doing a lot of yoga. It is also brilliant for stress relief and a welcome break during the working day.
But anyway, here is Week 11:
