Hi, all! The vlog is back!

First up, I needed to update you all on where I’ve been and what I’ve been doing. I will tell you that I DID NOT fall off the shaping up wagon – In fact, I lost weight and toned up for my holiday, so I’m telling you all about that below.

So, I’m changing up the way I share my workout updates. I don’t enjoy filming everything I do, because it affects my workout, so I am going to try and do a little more talking and a little more vlog-style fun. On the blog, I’ll also be posting more advice pieces answering the questions that I get sent on Instagram –  and more personal vlogs about my day-to-day life.

Shape Up With Stef: My Workout Diary

Last week was a bit of a mixed bag. I have a lot to do at the moment, but I’m trying to make sure that I fit in my workouts before I go out for dinner or in the evenings after work. I’ve also started running a couple of times a week at lunchtime with a friend, which is the perfect way to get a sweat in quickly.

Monday:  We did a crossfit workout in the garage – hip/back extensions and presses, which I did with dumbbells. You can see the whole workout in the video. We had to make do with some of the equipment but we made it work!

Tuesday: Rest Day. I just worked all day and then had a late meeting in town.

Wednesday: 5km lunchtime run with my friend Amy. She’s shedding for the wedding and I’m shredding my my 30th! I even hit a PB! See how happy I am in the video. I was so surprised by myself.

Thursday: Another 5km run with Amy. A little slower, but again I enjoyed it.

Friday: Day off. I was at a conference all day which included dinner and an after-party so I couldn’t fit anything in all day. I ate well though, which was great.

Saturday: I wanted to do yoga at home and even got dressed for it, but I didn’t manage it because I woke up late and then was attached to my computer for the rest of the day.

Sunday: We got out and about today! I did a 3hr hike in prep for the round-the-island walk, which I am doing on 3rd June. Please sponsor me if you like: Stefanie’s Sponsorship Page
