After the outstretched Week 7, I was glad to get back into Week 8. I’m not sticking to a specific diet, but I am trying to eat as clean as possible, whilst at the same time living my normal life. I’m not expecting to become one of Kayla’s Transformation Tuesday features any time soon. I don’t have abs for days, but I do feel pretty good and I’m enjoying having a good workout routine, which really is the aim of this anyway.

Here is how my week 8’s workouts went:
I was really happy with the end of Week 8. Having completed the half marathon, I did need to keep short runs in my routine in order to stop my legs seizing up, although to be honest, I didn’t have an issue with that and I felt pretty strong doing my Kayla workouts and especially grateful for the Leg section being workout 3! I relived my childhood at an S Club 7 concert on Sunday night so I counted that as my LISS workout. Just keeps it fun, you know? Bring on week 9 – and the photo check!
