I love a good cooking class, especially with a group of bloggers all on the same page (“Wait! Has everyone got a picture of that before we stick a fork in?!”) and level (“err… what are we doing?!”).
A couple of weeks ago it was Mexican Independence Day and Old El Paso invited a group of us over to do a little cooking with their new Stand and Stuff Soft Taco range, that I wrote about recently and to mingle a little. Hosted once again at the fabulous Underground Cookery School in Shoreditch, we were even taught how to make a fabulous flourless chocolate torte – which I was absolutely obsessed with. Check out my wrist action in the picture below!
Every time I go to these events, I always swear that I am going to stay in touch with the people I chat to, so I am putting out an open coffee invitation to all who attended – Tina, Laura, Henrietta – this means you! (And if you’re reading this, click on their names to check out their lovely blogs too!)
About the product:
Old El Paso are really proud of this one of a kind product, I have presented many a friend and family member with their Stand and Stuff Soft tacos and they have been genuinely impressed at the general ingenuity of the product. Why has nobody thought about this before? And it’s so easy! Everyone can do it… as illustrated in this comedy YouTube video from Old El Paso:
Have you tried them yet?
