It’s Mother’s Day here in the UK! I’m at home for the weekend, which makes me super happy because not only do I get to not cook, hang out with my family and spend a lot less that I would if I was out and about in London, but I also get to sleep in this beautiful bed AND see these beautiful pups. Score.

I almost thought I wouldn’t have time to post today. Or be able to, due to the fact that I sliced my finger on a super duper German slicing machine that I was ‘sold’ at the the Ideal Home Show whilst trying to make a Beef and Guinness Casserole. Cue hysterics and boyfriend running to the supermarket to buy plasters and antibacterial wipes. OUCH. However, couple this with a some fabulous films (Love and Other Drugs and You’ve Got Mail) and we’ve had a lovely sofa day.
