Week 14 SHAPE up with STEF

This week in my weekly workout diary, Shape up with Stef,  I am fitting in quite a broad mix of wonderful workouts and stunning views.

I’ve been busy of late with a lot of work to get through, but I wanted to make sure that I fit in as many workouts as possible. This week I really enjoyed heading to my brother’s gym (Stocky’s in Gainsborough) before heading back to Guernsey (with some of the most stunning views out of an aeroplane window that I have ever experienced) and hitting my yoga mat and going on a stunning beach run. I also have a total running heart-to-heart with the camera that you surely shouldn’t miss.
