This week in my weekly workout diary, Shape up with Stef, we finally have weight loss!
I’m so glad that I finally have some weight loss this week. I went on yet another pretty run in Guernsey and I ended the week with a lovely boat trip over to Herm with the girls. It was less of a workout and more of a day out, but I enjoy getting out in the fresh air. I also chat about why I am still focused on my goals and my weight loss instead of giving into the holiday season. There is still time, people!
