It was all going SO WELL! And then it was my birthday and I got really busy with work and ALLLL of the excuses came. I worked out a lot this week. I went to a spin class, I walked around the city all day one day working on a client project and adding in a bit of shopping. But I only did one Kayla session. I don’t really know what happened – all of a sudden it was the weekend and my house was full of people and I hadn’t completed the week. I decided to start Week 12 fresh instead of dragging Week 11 out over 10 days or so, so I just wrote this off to life happening and moved on. Onwards and upwards.
