People tell me that I moan a lot. I personally think that they don’t get my negative Northern sarcasm ( it’s funny, honest!) , but either way, for a couple of years now I have been working on being more positive. It is said that when you smile more, you are happier. When you force yourself to look on the bright side, you find yourself more often than not being a more positive sunshine-y person in general in the long term. So with that in mind, here’s a challenge for you all…
Throughout the month of October I shall be tweeting, Instagramming, pinning and Facebooking #positiveoctober. Fancy getting involved? All you have to do to join in is to think one happy thought a day and put it out there for all to see. It doesn’t have to be every day. Just acknowledge and spread every positive thought that you have, until you naturally spend more time focused on positive thoughts rather than negative ones.
