Should we be bathing with Epsom salts?

I recently read that if you put Epsom salts in your bath, not only will your muscles relax and your whole body be soothed and calm, but also toxins leave your body, leaving you less bloated and feeling lighter and healthier. The article also claimed that you could lose 5lbs in the bath!
